Order Fulfillment Notice
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When it’s packed and ready to go, we’ll send a second email with tracking details. Please allow 3-7 working days for processing and an additional 7 working days during high-demand times, like new drops.
International Taxes & Duties
Customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are not included at checkout. These vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with local authorities to anticipate any charges. If these fees go unpaid, your package may be returned; we’ll issue a refund, less any return and handling fees, once it’s back with us.
Orders to EU & UK
Customers in the EU and UK may face additional local taxes and duties. Please confirm these costs with your customs office before finalizing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time
After shipping, orders typically arrive within 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination and any customs processing times. Express shipping options may be available upon request.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items with verified manufacturing faults. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the issue. We reserve the right to assess the fault and determine eligibility for exchange at our sole discretion. If approved, exchanges are limited to replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
